Marie Chantal NOUYADJAM

Marie Chantal NOUYADJAM is a member of the East Africa Law Society and holds a Diploma in Legal Practice (DLP) from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development of Rwanda. She also holds a double Master’s degree in Corporate Counsel from the University of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and in Bioethics Law from the University of Paris XII in France.

Her academic career has led her to work with renowned law firms both internationally and nationally, as well as with well-known companies such as Moneygram France.

Thus, her academic career and her professional experiences both internationally and nationally have enabled her to develop in-depth knowledge in different areas of law, notably in business law, criminal business law, insurance law, cybercrime, etc. and to master the legal and judicial systems of Cameroon, France, Rwanda, (OHADA, Common Law (.

Moreover, endowed with a strong capacity for analysis, synthesis and writing, Marie-Chantal Nouyadjam is experienced in legal research and has also distinguished herself by producing a book entitled “The principle of human vulnerability and bioethics law” published in France by Editions Universitaires Européennes in 2012.

She is fluent in French and English.
